- All of our teas are shipped from Seattle, Washington via UPS or FedEx, whichever is available in your area and whichever you select when checking out. While we estimate shipping costs as accurately as possible, please know that shipping costs can vary and are subject to current rates. For shipping and freight information for wholesale customers, please contact us directly.

- Kamelia Luxe LLC will never, under any circumstances, share your private information. If we ask for contact information, it is simply for serving you as effectively and efficiently as possible as we deliver your order to you.
- Returns & Replacements
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you find that your product is defective, please return it to us and we will happily send you a replacement. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Please obtain this in advance by calling us at 917-647-3609.
- Ordering
- Ordering is available through our online store, as well as via phone. We are more than happy to help you place your order online or take your personal information over the telephone if you prefer. Please call us anytime Monday - Friday, 8:30 am and 5:30 pm PST.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment must be submitted at time of order. We will not, however, charge our credit card until your order is processed, usually within 24 hours. If you would like to cancel your order before your credit card is charged, please call us at 917-647-3609. We offer promotions throughout the year as well as offer occasional discounts to our repeat customers. Please check back often for our latest promotion.
